Inferred cellular chromatin activity landscape: The table lists the expression levels of GFP across 113 genomic positions as a sensor of chromatin activity in 364 traced terminal cells.

Position-effects on GFP expression in single lineaged cells: Expression levels of GFP at 113 genomic positions (268 embryos) in 722 traced embryonic cells. Ter indicates the traced terminal cells at the 350-cell stage and Pro indicates earlier intermediate progenitor cells that generate the terminal cells.
